Australian Orders

Free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $150.

All orders are mailed using Australia Post and are shipped within 2 business days directly from the studio. Depending on your location, estimated delivery time is between 3-7 days. You will receive tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please be aware that Express Post will not be overnight as I’m based in rural NSW and am outside the Express Post network.

International Orders

All orders are mailed using Australia Post and are shipped within 2 business days directly from the studio. Depending on your location, estimated delivery time can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks. You will receive tracking information when your order has been shipped.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to local customs fees or duties, any charges are the responsibility of the customer. For more information and to find out what charges could apply to you, please check with your local customs office directly before purchasing.

Returns

To return your item please contact me via the contact page or at [email protected]. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

For change of mind returns you will​ ​be​ ​responsible​ ​for​ all shipping​ ​costs​, the​ ​cost​ ​of​ ​the original​ and return ​shipping​ ​will​ not ​be​ included with ​your​ ​refund. Please consider using​ ​a​ ​trackable​ ​shipping​ ​service or insuring your item to insure it’s safe return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected your refund will be processed and the purchase amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Faulty or wrong items

In the unusual event that you receive a faulty or wrong item you will be given a full refund including all shipping, once​ ​the​ ​returned​ ​item​ ​is​ ​received.
